This includes nutritional assessment, development and implementation of nutrition care plans, diet counselling, evaluation of care and arrangement for follow-up care. The incumbent acts as a nutrition consultant to other members of the health care team, shares department responsibilities and provides education experiences for dietetic interns. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement" Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- Preference to those with experience with acute care patients in hospital setting- Preference given to candidates with Pediatric Clinical Nutrition experience- Preference given to candidates with Clinical Dietitian experienceEducation- Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (BSc(Nutr))- Dietetic Internship certificateOther Information- Registered/eligible for registration with the Dietitians of Canada (DC)- Experience in nutrition support will be considered an asset.- This position works weekends on a rotation basis.- Working Monday to Friday 0800-1630.- Acute care adult and pediatric clinical nutrition experience is preferred.- This position will support LTC.- The caseload for this position...For more information on this job, please visit the employer's website.
