*Duties for this position will include:*
* Setup bar with necessary ingredients before service begins. * Pour wine and beer. * Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other beverages. * Provide consistent and high quality service at all times. * Adhere to and assist in the development of recipes when requested. * Maintain knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits on the menu in order to answer questions and provide excellent service. * Setup and takedown bar at banquets and functions with all necessary supplies. * Provide bar service at banquets and functions. * Stop serving guests alcohol after it is determined they have consumed too much. * Other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications:*
* Completed bartending course preferred. * Minimum 1-2 years in similar bartending position but willing to train the right candidate. * Current Serving It Right Certificate. * Knowledge of standard wines, beers, and drink recipes. * Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environment. * Excellent interpersonal skills and work ethic. * Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required. * Reliable transportation essential.
