We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with a company that values integrity, accountability, and teamwork.
About the Role
This position is customer-facing and relationship-driven, while working closely with our Purchasing team to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and timely fulfillment. You will play a critical role in revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
What You?ll Bring
* Post-secondary degree or diploma * 2+ years of inside sales experience (safety industry experience is an asset) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proven customer service experience (phone and email) * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach * High level of integrity and accountability
What You?ll Do
* Manage full-cycle customer service (quotes, orders, follow-ups) * Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships * Generate and follow up on quotations * Coordinate with Purchasing to confirm pricing, stock, and lead times * Support cross-selling and upselling initiatives * Maintain CRM accuracy and sales records * Collaborate with Purchasing to resolve supply or pricing issues * Assist with internal reporting and customer analytics * Other duties as required
