* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat * Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction * Assist customers with order processing, account management, and issue resolution * Utilize data entry skills to update customer records and maintain database accuracy * Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer experience * Conduct analysis of customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times * Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer concerns efficiently * Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company standards in all interactions
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred * Strong data entry, analysis skills, and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with professionalism * Knowledge of sales techniques including upselling strategies * Demonstrated ability to use phone etiquette effectively in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work well independently and as part of a team * Prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
