Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Cold/refrigerated. Work setting: Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment. Tasks: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train meat cutters. Cut beef, lamb, pork or veal carcasses or sides or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging. Food safety/handling skills. Supervisory Experience. Supervision: 3-4 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Safe quality foods (SQF) Certificate. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Handling heavy loads. Attention to detail.
