Responsibilities:
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Must have a good, sound knowledge of table procedures.
• Excellent customer service knowledge of general information and comps. (i.e. dinners, concerts and entertainment)
• Must have a knowledge of all procedures including fills, credits, bank rolls, marker play and irregularities.
• Thorough knowledge of Internal Controls, title 31 and Louisiana Gaming Regulations.
• Must have excellent leadership skills to supervise dealers.
• Continued training sessions required.
Competencies:
• Directly supervises up to 10 employees in the Table Games Department.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include training employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.

Target Salary Range:
• $22.05 per hour
