The ideal candidate should have a strong background in restaurant management, a passion for the culinary and craft beer industry, and exceptional leadership and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership: Assist the General Manager in leading, motivate, and develop a team of dedicated restaurant staff, ensuring a positive work environment and exceptional customer service.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing inventory, food quality, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards during your shift.
• Financial Management: Assist in Managing the restaurant's budget, control costs, and maximize profitability while achieving revenue targets.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by monitoring and improving service quality, responding to customer feedback, and resolving issues promptly.
• Training and Development: Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of employees, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
• Compliance: Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
