POSITION SUMMARY
The Events Coordinator position provides administrative, logistical, and operational support for conferences, summits, webinars, and member events across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions. This role assists with event planning, registration management, vendor coordination, attendee communications, and onsite event support to help ensure successful event execution.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
• Support the planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Assist with attendee records and reporting within event management and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, audiovisual requirements, and event materials.
• Support speaker coordination, including collecting bios, presentations, and logistical requirements.
• Assist with vendor management and invoice processing.
• Prepare event materials, signage, name badges, and attendee packets.
• Provide onsite support for domestic and international events as required.
• Support post-event surveys, reporting, and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience,
• 0-3 years of event planning, hospitality meeting management, nonprofit, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
Experience with event management platforms, CRM systems, or project management tools.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a hybrid position, employees are expected to work from the Reston, VA office at least two days per week.
The employee must be able to travel domestically and internationally as required for meetings, organizational events, conferences, and team collaboration activities.

COMPENSATION AND PAY TRANSPARENCY DISCLOSURES
Full-Time Annual Salary Range: (65,000 -75,000 USD) Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, business considerations, geographical location, teams local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in the organization’s discretionary annual incentive/bonus plan subject to plan terms in addition to individual and organizational performance.
