Job Title: Client Relations SpecialistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technology-savvy Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing customer orders, providing pricing and quotes, and resolving order-related issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate proficiency in using various technology platforms to meet customer needs. Responsibilities • Receive and validate orders through the company web-based system and send them to the in-house system for processing. • Provide accurate pricing information on orders and generate quotes. • Investigate and resolve order issues, identifying the party responsible. • Answer inquiries through the 1-800 customer service phone line. • Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely shipment of orders to the warehouse. • Manage less than 100 inbound calls daily, maintaining professionalism. • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone and email. • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product pricing and availability. • Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs. • Research and resolve discrepancies reported by customers. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Collierville, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
