Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for someone proven at both a 3rd Line engineering level and ready to step into a management role.We need someone who is still willing to be hands-on and technical as and when required.Experience owning complex projects and leading technically demanding work from planning through to delivery.Ability to partner directly with directors on strategic projects.Experience acting as a senior technical voice for customers, running technical reviews and shaping roadmaps.Ability to shape how the technical team grows and define procedures and systems.Experience mentoring T1/T2 engineers and building their skills.Ability to handle escalations that require deep expertise and subject matter expertise.Experience documenting systems and procedures.Ability to present new systems and technologies to the team.Experience working across a varied stack and client base. We are a managed service provider with offices in Cornwall, and we are recruiting a permanent 3rd Line Support Engineer / Technical Manager based in Redruth. The role is onsite with some hybrid working, and the salary is up to £50,000 per year plus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, and paid professional certifications and training.
