Salary: £30,000 - 32,000 per year
Requirements: Solid experience with macro development, such as Excel VBA or similar tools.Basic experience with scripting languages, such as Python or PowerShell.Understanding of data validation and transformation processes.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with housing or property data.Experience working with APIs or integrating systems.Exposure to survey or asset management software.Knowledge of automation tools such as Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI, or custom scripts for API or Python. Responsibilities: Design and implement macros to simplify and accelerate data extraction, validation, and reporting processes.Develop other automation alternatives to improve workflows, including Power Automate, Power Query, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or API scripts.Create and optimize macros.Enhance software to improve automation.Support data workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams.Test solutions and support quality assurance.Document work and provide training. We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Automation Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for automation, data workflows, and software enhancement.
