Responsibilities: Provide first-line and second-line IT support to users.Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment.Monitor CyberSmart to ensure compliance with security requirements.Keep operating systems, applications, and security tools updated.Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes.Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues.Support Microsoft 365 administration and security improvements.Monitor and enhance Microsoft Secure Score.Assist in the implementation and management of Microsoft Intune.Maintain accurate IT asset records and technical documentation.Collaborate on wider IT projects and continuous improvements.Initially focus on day-to-day IT support, monitoring, and maintaining device security.As experience grows, take on Microsoft 365 administration and participation in Microsoft Intune projects.
