Requirements: Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with IBM Maximo Application Suite, preferably Maximo v9Strong hands-on configuration experience across Work Management, Assets, Inventory, and ProcurementExperience configuring workflows, escalations, security groups, and business rulesBackground supporting BAU/Application Support environments, including incident and change activityUnderstanding of software lifecycle and change control processesFamiliarity with Remedy or JiraAbility to work within secure, access-controlled environments and follow strict data protection, security, and compliance standards Responsibilities: Configure and maintain IBM Maximo Application Suite modules against business requirementsSupport day-to-day application operations as part of our Application Support functionManage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets in line with SLAsTranslate business needs into functional configurations, including workflows and automationBuild and refine workflows, escalations, security groups, domains, business rules, and UI componentsCarry out impact assessments for change requests, enhancements, releases, patches, and upgradesSupport testing and validation for releases and improvementsCollaborate with technical teams, developers, and third-party vendors when neededMaintain system documentation, configuration records, and support proceduresProvide user support, guidance, and knowledge transfer where required Technologies: IBMSupportJIRASecurityUX UI DesignDevOps More:
