Requirements: Experience using research and data analytics to test design hypotheses.Ability to collaborate openly and communicate the value of good design to non-technical stakeholders.Experience improving and adapting designs rapidly as new user needs or technical constraints emerge.Ability to ensure designs meet strict public sector accessibility regulations and work for everyone, regardless of digital skills.Ability to work in agile, multidisciplinary teams alongside user researchers, content designers, and product managers.BPSS clearance required. Responsibilities: We support work on the Government Gateway programme, mainly supporting SCP, EACD/RATE, and FRAUD PREVENTION CENTRE.We build service flows based on real evidence of user needs and government outcomes.We create wireframes, user flows, and digital prototypes.We ensure our designs meet strict public sector accessibility regulations and work for everyone, regardless of digital skills.We work in agile, multidisciplinary teams alongside user researchers, content designers, and product managers. We are recruiting an Interaction Designer for the Government Gateway programme, with a maximum supplier rate of £460 and a 6-month duration.
