Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in program or project management.5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.5 years of experience staffing project teams, management consulting, or corporate strategy.Experience with capacity planning models.Experience in staffing and forecasting in fractional staffing models.Experience building dashboards in BI tools. Responsibilities: Partner with strategy and operations and AI Tech Go-To-Market leadership to create best practices for staffing and utilization management.Lead weekly staffing meetings with forward deployed engineering leadership teams and ensure supply and demand forecasts are accurate.Match forward deployed engineers with projects based on skill set, availability, timezone, and other constraints.Partner with team leadership to manage assigned forward deployed engineers utilization, bandwidth, and well-being.Develop new metrics for tracking staffing efficiency.
