We are an established UK organisation seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a portfolio of transformation initiatives across HR, Finance and back-office systems. You will work within a complex, multi-site environment, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams to help shape and deliver process improvements, technology enhancements and strategic change programmes. This is a permanent, fixed-term or contract opportunity depending on requirement, based in Manchester with one day per week onsite and the remainder remote. The role sits within healthcare or retail sector context and offers the chance to work across HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, ERP and Finance system landscapes.
