This position provides a broad range of community settings to develop various clinical competencies, while youll build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. You must uphold the NMC Code of Professional Standards of Practice and Behaviour for Nursing Associates, demonstrating core nursing values: compassion, competence, communication, courage, care, and commitment. The role demands excellent communication skills, independence, and the ability to use your own initiative while working closely with registered professionals. Requirements include registration as a Nurse Associate with the NMC and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, with previous experience in a care or health setting considered desirable.
