This position could be based in Fortaleza or Recife and this role is ideal for professionals who enjoy building relationships, identifying opportunities, developing new business, and creating value for customers through consultative sales. About the Role As an Educational Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth within your assigned territory by developing new opportunities, expanding existing partnerships, and delivering customer-focused solutions. You will work closely with schools, educational groups, and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementation. Success in this role requires a strong customer-facing mindset, commercial acumen, resilience, and the ability to build long-term partnerships in a dynamic and competitive market. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory growth strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with educational leaders and key stakeholders. Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations. Understand customer needs and recommend tailored educational solutions. Manage the full sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion of opportunities. Retain and grow existing accounts through proactive account management. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Accurately maintain customer and opportunity information in CRM systems. Achieve and exceed territory sales targets and business goals. What We're Looking For Essential Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing commercial roles. Demonstrated success in prospecting, opening new accounts, and generating business growth. Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders and decision-makers. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Results-oriented mindset with strong planning and execution capabilities. Ability to work independently while managing a sales territory. Advanced English proficiency. Availability for regular travel within the region. Preferred Experience in Education, ELT, EdTech, Publishing, or Learning Solutions. Familiarity with the Brazilian education sector. Experience selling complex solutions, services, or subscription-based products. Existing network within educational institutions.
