Could you be the full-time Method & Tools Engineer – Digital & Solutions Owner in Bangalore we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and digital transformation expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates. You'll play a key role in driving the digital transformation of our Engineering activities by standardizing tools and methodologies across regions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Engineering Métiers, Digital Services, and regional teams), act as a Solution Owner for CM4E, and lead its global deployment, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of improving end-to-end data flow and process efficiency but also ensuring the sustainable implementation of continuous improvement models through a global Key User network. We’ll look to you for: Identifying existing local tools and practices used for Mechanical & Electrical Design activities across regions Defining a global convergence roadmap toward centrally supported tools in collaboration with Digital Services (DS) Contributing to business requirements definitions and tool selection strategies Acting as the Solution Owner of CM4E (Case Management for Engineering), Mechanical & Electrical Design Tools (M & E) and leading its global deployment Developing and monitoring adoption KPIs and rollout strategies Establishing and managing a global Key User network Organizing user support models, training, onboarding materials, and feedback loops for continuous improvement All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
