In this rewarding role, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination and administration of CPA meetings, ensuring they are organised efficiently and run smoothly from start to finish. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, service users, families and external professionals, you will help ensure that important care planning discussions are well coordinated and accurately documented, supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

You will be responsible for scheduling six-monthly CPA meetings, preparing and distributing invitations, booking meeting rooms and hospitality arrangements, and liaising with internal and external attendees. You'll meet with service users to discuss their invitations and individual requirements, follow up with multidisciplinary teams for reports, collate documentation and ensure all relevant information is available ahead of meetings.

As part of the role, you will welcome attendees, accurately minute CPA meetings, distribute final reports and documentation, and upload records to the electronic patient system. You will also maintain CPA timetables, support communication with external agencies regarding ongoing care arrangements, and contribute to maintaining high administrative standards across the service.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling 6-monthly CPA meetings for our service users. Sending out invites to internal and external professionals, as well as families and carers. Meeting with our service users to complete their invite and note their requests for the meeting. Follow-up the multidisciplinary teams for their meeting reports. Collate meeting reports in one document. Meeting and greeting all visitors to the meetings and record all attendees. Minute all CPA meetings. Distribute final CPA reports and minutes to relevant parties. Upload all documents to our electronic patient system. Preparing and updating the CPA timetable and distribute to the wards on a regular basis. Liaising with external agencies regarding the continuing care of the patients as required. Assisting in maintaining a high standard in office practice/procedures, including filing systems. To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Criteria

4 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook and Excel) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively Excellent organisational skills Experience taking accurate meeting minutes, or confidence and willingness to develop this skill Desirable Criteria

Knowledge of the Care Programme Approach (CPA) and national guidelines An interest in developing skills and understanding of CPA processes Experience in diary coordination Where you will be working:

You will be working at Wellesley Hospital, a purpose built 101 bed hospital in Wellington (Somerset) for men and women with Mental Health needs.

There are 6 wards for people with Mental Health needs and 1 ward for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

The Wellesley Hospital built in 2017 works alongside Devon Partnership NHS Trust, Avon and Wiltshire Foundation Trust, Cornwall Foundation Trust, 2gether Foundation Trust, and Livewell to deliver the best possible environment for patients with Mental Health issues.
