Main duties of the job The role of a Regional Occupational Therapist at Elysium Healthcare is both rewarding and challenging, offering a unique opportunity to work across multiple locations. What you will be doing
As a Regional Occupational Therapist, you will:
Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions. Provide specialist OT advice, recommendations, and clinical guidance. Produce professional reports, assessments, and documentation. Complete risk assessments and develop protocols relating to equipment and therapeutic activities. Support service managers, multidisciplinary teams, and support staff with specialist occupational therapy input. Deliver training and education to staff teams to promote best practice. Recommend and advise on appropriate aids, adaptations, and physical healthcare interventions where required. Contribute to service development and the ongoing enhancement of occupational therapy provision. Manage your own workload and work autonomously across multiple services. About the role

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy. Current HCPC registration. Experience completing occupational therapy assessments and interventions. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload. Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
