Logistics Operations Manager I
Job Description: Manages multiple functions within an organization's logistics department. Plan, coordinate, develop, and evaluate to ensure all carrier's rates, services provided, and information are monitored and maintained at the most beneficial and cost-effective levels and to insure all routing files and information are current for worldwide cargo movement.
Additional Qualifications/Requirements: PCS/LSP not authorized.
Technical (Preferred/Required Skills/Systems): • MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS - Required • OPERATE/USE APPROPRIATE SYSTEMS/SOFTWARE - Required
Job Qualifications: Three years of supply chain management experience.
Or
Bachelor's degree plus one year of supply chain management experience.
Or
Completion of Logistics College Trainee Program with six months of logistics management experience.

• BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred • BUSINESS MANAGEMENT - Preferred • SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT - Preferred
Major Duties: Supervises assigned associates within the work area. Provides resolutions to personnel issues following established guidelines. Directs, plans, and organizes daily workloads for a specific function of a distribution center (receiving, shipping, storage, order select, etc). Analyzes productivity and applies productivity standards established for the specific work unit. Performs other duties as assigned.
