About Job: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Demand Planner to join our Oil & Gas, Energy practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, and end-to-end supply chain planning while driving operational excellence through digital transformation and AI-enabled solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership capabilities, ERP expertise, and the ability to create measurable value propositions for clients by improving supply chain efficiency, visibility, and responsiveness. What You will Do:
• Develop and manage demand forecasting and planning processes to ensure alignment between business requirements and supply chain capabilities. • Lead and mentor a team of 5 to 10 supply chain professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Sales to improve forecast accuracy and inventory availability. • Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes. • Analyze demand trends, consumption patterns, market dynamics, and supply constraints to support strategic decision-making. • Design and implement inventory optimization strategies to reduce working capital while ensuring material availability. • Leverage ERP systems and advanced planning tools for demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management. • Drive digital transformation initiatives by integrating AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation into planning processes. • Develop client-centric value propositions that improve service levels, operational efficiency, inventory turns, and cost optimization. • Identify opportunities for process standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement across the supply chain landscape. • Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor forecast accuracy, inventory performance, service levels, and planning effectiveness. • Support transformation and consulting engagements within the Oil & Gas industry by providing supply chain expertise and best practices.
Work Experience What You Will Bring:
• Bachelor's/master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. • Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, IBF, or equivalent will be an added advantage. • 6 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain Transformation. • Experience within Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, Chemicals, or Process Industries preferred. • Proven experience leading teams of 5 to 10 members. • Experience in managing large-scale planning and transformation programs. • Strong stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as: • SAP S/4HANA • SAP IBP / APO • Oracle ERP • Microsoft Dynamics • Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or similar planning solutions
• Familiarity with: • AI and Machine Learning applications in Supply Chain • Advanced Analytics and Predictive Forecasting • Digital Supply Chain Technologies • Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or equivalent analytics tools
