Position Overview Pay range: $15.00 - $22.75 / hour Job Highlights By joining the anatomic pathology customer service lab team, you’ll serve as a key team member in maintaining smooth pathology operations. In this collaborative role, you’ll support clinicians, pathologists, laboratory teams, and external clients by managing case tracking, workflow coordination, documentation, and service requests across anatomic pathology. You’ll help ensure clear communication between disciplines, resolve issues quickly, and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment where details are critical. Job Description To perform all duties related to the preparation, distribution, cataloging, and storage of lab specimens for testing. To adhere to departmental specimen identification policies and quality controls. To utilize lab and hospital information systems and provide general administrative support to the laboratory staff in support of laboratory operations, such as filing, record maintenance, responding to client calls, and mail delivery. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required.
