Medical Assistant | Multi-Site Specialty Practice Dallas-Fort Worth Area Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to support providers across multiple specialty clinic locations. This role combines patient care, provider support, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities

• Escort patients to and from exam rooms, provider offices, and treatment areas • Obtain and document vital signs, height, weight, allergies, and medication updates • Prepare patient charts and obtain required medical records prior to appointments and procedures • Prepare, stock, and maintain exam and treatment rooms • Assist providers during exams and procedures by documenting notes and supporting workflow • Maintain exam room cleaning and disinfection protocols • Answer incoming patient calls and route messages appropriately • Process prescription refill requests and complete patient follow-up calls as directed • Communicate patient cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows to providers • Perform administrative duties including filing, faxing, chart preparation, reception support, and data entry • Travel between clinic locations as needed Requirements

• Previous Medical Assistant experience required • Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required • Experience obtaining vital signs and documenting patient information • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Proficient with EMR systems and standard office software • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations Preferred

• Experience in a specialty clinic setting • Experience supporting multiple providers • Strong front office and patient scheduling experience Benefits

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
