Your mission HELLO! is looking for a dynamic Social Media Coordinator (Cover Role) to oversee and drive performance across all major social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Snapchat. This pivotal role requires a creative and data-driven strategist who can deliver audience growth, engagement, traffic and revenue while building vibrant communities around HELLO!’s content.<br><br>Please note this a fixed term contract of 4 months. We are in the London office three days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with Mondays and Fridays working from home. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Posting, and scheduling across all HELLO! social channels, ensuring platform-specific tone and optimisation.</li><li>Drive growth, engagement and revenue KPIs across Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and Snapchat.</li><li>Create and execute platform-specific content strategies to boost reach, followers and community interaction.</li><li>Ensure social content aligns with editorial priorities, commercial goals, and brand values.</li><li>Monitor real-time trends and breaking news, ensuring fast and reactive social coverage in collaboration with the newsroom.</li><li>Use social analytics and scheduling tools — particularly Dash Hudson and Echobox — to optimise performance and reporting.</li><li>Work closely with editorial, video and commercial teams to maximise traffic and monetisation opportunities.</li><li>Continuously analyse social data to inform best practices, testing, and innovation.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Expert understanding of Snapchat, YouTube and Facebook monetisation models.</li><li>Proficient in Dash Hudson and Echobox, with strong analytics and reporting skills.</li><li>Highly creative with a strong sense of storytelling and audience insight.</li><li>Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and deadlines.</li><li>Confident decision-maker under pressure with a reactive, newsroom mindset.</li><li>Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about digital growth and innovation.</li></ul> Experience <ul><li>Proven experience leading social strategy and execution for a major media brand or publisher.</li><li>Demonstrable success meeting or exceeding social revenue and engagement targets.</li></ul> Qualifications A relevant degree is desirable but not essential.
