About this role
As Live Producer, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering high-quality live events and broadcasts. You will ensure smooth execution across production, technical teams, talent and stakeholders from pre-production through to live delivery. This role will be based in our Madrid office. Please note, our Talent Acquisition team and some Hiring teams are based in the UK so parts of the recruitment process will be in English. Please also upload your resume in English, thanks! Plan and manage live productions from pre-production through to delivery, ensuring all elements are aligned and ready for transmission. Coordinate internal teams, external partners, talent and technical crews to ensure seamless execution of live events. Develop and maintain production schedules, run of shows, production plans and operational documentation. Lead live operations, making real-time decisions and resolving issues quickly to ensure continuity and quality. Manage production timelines, resources and budgets while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the required standards.
