Be the First Step in a Learner's Journey We are looking for a customer-focused and organised Activations Assistant to join our Brand Marketing and Activations Team on a maternity cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting prospective students from application through to enrolment, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience throughout their journey with the College. Working closely with the Activations Manager, curriculum teams and business support colleagues, you will help manage admissions processes, respond to enquiries, coordinate interview events and support student recruitment activities across the College. About the Role As an Activations Assistant, you will provide administrative and customer service support within a busy admissions and recruitment environment. You will act as a first point of contact for applicants, parents, schools and stakeholders, helping to ensure all admissions processes run smoothly and efficiently. Interested candidates are advised to apply early, as the vacancy will close once the right candidate is found. Acting as the first point of contact for admissions enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels. Processing student applications, interview outcomes and admissions information on College systems. Supporting applicants throughout the admissions and enrolment process. Assisting with the organisation and delivery of recruitment, admissions and enrolment events. Maintaining accurate records, filing systems and confidential student information. Producing basic reports and supporting data management activities, including maintaining UCAS records. Welcoming visitors and supporting campus tours and recruitment activities. Working collaboratively with curriculum teams and colleagues across the College to provide an excellent applicant experience. Supporting Open Events, Admissions Evenings, Learner Experience Days and other key College events, including occasional evening and weekend working.
