As a Behavioral Technician , ( Internal title: Residential Support Specialist) you’ll provide direct, person-centered care in a supervised residential setting. You'll use strength-based strategies to encourage wellness, independence, and recovery across all areas of daily living. Support clients with daily living skills like cooking, budgeting, hygiene, and medication education Encourage wellness and recovery goals through coaching and compassionate care Help clients access community resources and services Monitor individual progress and provide documentation after each shift Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care Support discharge planning, crisis response, and transitional services as needed
