Opportunity Overview: The IT Solutions Analyst is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and maintaining IT and business applications. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring application stability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of business processes. The analyst provides functional and technical support, manages incidents and service requests, gathers requirements, participates in projects, and delivers solutions that meet business objectives. Provide day-to-day support for business applications, ensuring system availability and operational efficiency. Investigate, analyze, and resolve application incidents, service requests, data issues, and user-reported concerns. Monitor application performance, system integrations, interfaces, and scheduled processes to ensure reliable operations. Conduct root cause analysis of technical and functional issues, and recommend appropriate mitigation plans, including both short-term workarounds and long-term solutions. Maintain and update application documentation, support procedures, and knowledge repositories. Demonstrate accountability and ownership by proactively identifying issues, recommending improvements, and driving resolutions with minimal supervision. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, improve user experience, and increase the effectiveness of IT support services. Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand business requirements, operational challenges, and support needs. Serve as a liaison between business users, development teams, and support teams to ensure effective communication and solution delivery. Assist in the implementation of application enhancements, system upgrades, and new technology solutions. Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployments, and post-production support activities. Develop, maintain, and analyze operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and operational improvements. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in application support, systems analysis, business analysis, or a related IT role. Experience working with SQL and relational database platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or Snowflake. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end users, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting customer service, logistics, supply chain, order management, warehouse management, or related business applications. Experience with .NET, Python, ServiceNow integration, ERP platforms, Microsoft Power Platform, or cloud-based technologies. Exposure to AI and automation technologies such as Claude Code, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, or similar platforms. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and IT service management practices.
