Your new job includes As a Senior Project Manager People & Culture, you will lead strategic, cross-functional projects across the entire employee lifecycle. Working closely with People & Culture teams and business stakeholders, you will drive the continuous improvement of key people processes and strategic initiatives, making a significant contribution to the successful execution of our People & Culture roadmap. In particular, you will lead strategic and cross-functional People & Culture projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget drive initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle, from concept development through to successful implementation and sustainable integration into the organization develop and implement new People & Culture processes and standards while continuously enhancing existing solutions support company-wide transformation and change initiatives within the People & Culture environment and ensure their successful execution take ownership of projects and initiatives from the People & Culture roadmap, working closely with key stakeholders to prioritize, structure, and drive them forward develop content-rich concepts, business cases, and decision-making materials for strategic people topics, tailoring them to different target audiences provide transparency on project progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions through structured reporting and regular stakeholder communication facilitate workshops, project teams, and steering committees to enable effective collaboration across functions and regions further develop and professionalize project management standards, methodologies, and governance structures within the People & Culture function Preferred Profile Successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a comparable qualification Several years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in an international environment Proven ability to successfully manage strategic initiatives involving diverse stakeholders, competing priorities, and interdependencies Ideally, experience within the People & Culture / Human Resources environment Strong project management, stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different organizational levels Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities combined with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to execution A hands-on mindset, strong initiative, and the ability to independently drive topics forward and bring them to a successful conclusion Excellent written and spoken German and English skills If you do not tick all boxes, but still believe you are a match to this role, we are happy to get in touch.
