Job Overview: As a Product Owner at Emirates NBD, you will define and deliver Emirates NBD’s Open Finance vision, translating regulatory requirements, market developments and customer needs into secure, innovative and scalable digital propositions. You will own the product strategy and roadmap, working across business, technology and control functions to strengthen the bank’s Open Finance capabilities and create measurable customer and commercial value across ENBD and Liv digital channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Open Finance propositions, balancing regulatory compliance, customer value and commercial outcomes. • Identify and shape customer-centric opportunities that leverage the evolving Open Finance ecosystem and strengthen the bank’s digital proposition. • Translate CBUAE Open Finance standards and internal risk, legal, compliance, privacy and security requirements into clear product outcomes and customer experiences. • Partner with business, technology, architecture, data, analytics, operations and ecosystem participants to deliver reliable, scalable and interoperable Open Finance capabilities. • Own and prioritize the product backlog, providing clear requirements, acceptance criteria, dependencies and release outcomes to agile delivery teams. • Define and optimize measures of success across adoption, engagement, service performance, conversion, retention and customer satisfaction. • Use experimentation, customer research and performance insights to validate opportunities and continuously improve outcomes. • Maintain operational readiness through effective governance, monitoring, auditability, incident management and continuous improvement. • Track regulatory evolution, market trends, competitor propositions and fintech developments to identify strategic opportunities and potential partnerships. Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree preferably in business studies or technology. • In depth knowledge of Agile process and principles. • 8-10 years of experience in digital product ownership or delivery within banking, fintech or financial services. • Experience delivering regulated mobile and web journeys in agile, cross-functional environments. • Demonstrable experience in Open Banking/Open Finance, API-led propositions, payments, data aggregation, consent management or PFM is highly desirable. • Experience working with regulators, risk, compliance, legal, privacy, security, technology partners and third-party providers is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of Open Finance/Open Banking principles, regulatory frameworks, ecosystem models, and industry trends. • Sound knowledge of digital banking, API-enabled platforms, data exchange, customer authentication, privacy, security, and operational resilience. • Strong product-management skills across strategy, discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, backlog ownership, and agile delivery. • Ability to translate regulatory, business, and customer requirements into clear product and technology outcomes. • Strong analytical skills, including defining success measures, interpreting customer and operational data, and making evidence-based decisions. • Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and influence senior stakeholders across business, technology, risk, compliance, legal, and operations. • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to assess market opportunities, partnerships, business cases, and customer value.
