We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join our team in a customer-facing technical support role focused on gas metering and communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in mechanical or electrical engineering, combined with hands-on experience in metering systems and digital communications. Main Responsibilities:
• Gas Metering and Communication Solutions: • Provide pre-sales support by understanding customer needs, proposing technical solutions, and assisting in tender processes while coordinating AMR/AMI trials and data management. • Offer post-sales support throughout the customer support and RMA processes, delivering second-line technical assistance, conducting training, and aligning with the Sales Leader.
• Repair Shop Supervision: • Oversee the gas meter repair workshop, ensuring compliance with BRML licensing, managing staffing, processes, and material flow while coordinating with the Site Leader.
• Quality Management Support: • Ensure quality assurance by maintaining documentation for audits, handling warranty claims and evaluations with clients, and aligning efforts with the Site Leader.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years in technical support, including 3+ years in mechanical workshops and gas metering. • Proficiency in metering devices and digital communications, real-time data collection systems, and strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). • Demonstrates teamwork, effective communication, self-discipline, and a customer-focused attitude, with a structured approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new products/systems. • Proficient in Romanian and English.
