HR Specialist In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring seamless management of the employee lifecycle, accurate payroll execution, and robust compliance with local regulations. You will handle everything from attendance tracking and master data maintenance to contract administration, onboarding/offboarding, and monthly bonus/allowance calculations. Your attention to detail and serviceoriented mindset will directly support our employees and help drive continuous improvement in our shared service processes. You will report to the HR Supervisor and collaborate closely with finance, benefits providers, and external auditors. More about the role:

• Employee Lifecycle & Benefits Manage daily and monthly attendance reports, ensuring 100% accuracy. Maintain employee master data in the HR system (Sonnet) and spreadsheets. Execute labor contract services, probation processes, onboarding, termination, and internal transfers. Keep all personnel documents orderly and up to date. Coordinate commercial insurance and employee benefit deductions. • Payroll Processing & System Management Oversee accurate and timely payroll for all employees, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, and shift allowances. Ensure full compliance with local tax laws and company policies. Manage and update the payroll system with latest tax rates and legislative changes. Prepare payroll summaries, tax reports, and statistical reports for financial planning and budgeting. • Tax Compliance & Reporting File tax returns and make timely payments to authorities. Support external audits with required documentation. Handle IIT claims (e.g., for 7450) and liaise with tax offices as needed. • Vendor & Employee Support Manage relationships with payroll service providers and benefit administrators. Respond promptly to employee inquiries on payroll, benefits, and deductions, escalating complex issues when necessary. • Policy, Process & Continuous Improvement Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to reflect legal requirements and best practices. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, automate manual steps, and improve the overall HR SSC experience. Assist in other finance or HR tasks as assigned. More about you:

• Education & Experience College degree or above. 3–5 years of solid experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll, attendance, and employee lifecycle management. • Technical & Language Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good command of English (basic communication) and native Mandarin. Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems is a plus. • Personal & Social Competencies You are serviceoriented, detaildriven, and proactive in suggesting improvements. You possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
