Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Market Growth
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Advanced Bionics products across Vietnam. • Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy and identify growth opportunities. • Set and work towards sales and business targets in coordination with the line manager. • Plan and execute new product introductions and go-to-market strategies for the country. 2. Dealer & Channel Management
• Identify issues affecting business performance and dealer relationships, and work with the line manager to resolve them. • Develop, manage, and grow the dealer network across Vietnam, covering both the North and South regional dealers. • Work closely with the North dealer and the South dealer separately to develop a dedicated business plan for each region, including region-specific sales targets and growth initiatives. • Develop and agree offers and promotional pricing with dealers from time to time, in line with business objectives and market conditions. • Support the negotiation of business terms, pricing, and commercial agreements with dealers under the guidance of the line manager. • Ensure dealer staff are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and product knowledge to sell effectively. • Plan and execute a framework of downstream training and enablement for relevant dealer staff in the country. 3. Collaborative Work with Different Teams
• Provide feedback to the Back-End team based on input gathered from the field. • Ensure all Dealer Staff comply with the administrative, regulatory, legal, and procedural requirements of the Company. • Collaborate closely with the Clinical and Marketing teams to align business development activities with clinical and marketing strategies. • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support product launches and market development. 4. Customer Relationship Management & KOL Engagement
• Act as the lead for customer relationship management in Vietnam, with a particular focus on Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management. • Build, own, and continuously strengthen relationships with KOLs, clinicians, dealers, distributors, and healthcare institutions. • Develop and execute a structured KOL engagement plan, including regular touchpoints, advisory input, and involvement in key initiatives. • Attend conferences, workshops, and industry events to represent the Company, build the network, and identify new business opportunities. • Stay abreast of the latest developments in Advanced Bionics implant technology and the broader market, and share insights with the business. 5. Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis
• Conduct ongoing competitive landscape analysis for the hearing implant / cochlear implant market in Vietnam. • Track and analyze competitors' product plans, pricing, and promotional offers in the market. • Monitor competitors' business strategies, dealer/distributor structures, and market positioning. • Compile competitive intelligence reports and share insights with the line manager and relevant teams to inform business strategy and pricing decisions. • Recommend actions to strengthen the Company's competitive position based on market intelligence gathered. 6. Tender Support
• Support and assist in the preparation of tender documentation for public and private tenders in Vietnam. • Coordinate with internal teams (regulatory, back-end, finance) to gather the necessary documents and information required for tender submissions. • Ensure tender submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines, in line with Company and market compliance requirements. 7. Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of business development activities as per Company requirements. • Prepare and present regular updates on business performance, market trends, and opportunities to management and customers. Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Audiology, or a related field. • Proven business development / commercial experience, with a track record of managing dealers/distributors and driving revenue growth. • Prior working experience in the hearing healthcare industry (e.g. hearing aids, cochlear implants, audiology, or related medical device fields) is highly preferred. • Good command of English communication, both written and verbal, for regular interaction with regional and global stakeholders.
