Registered Nurse, Medical Assistance Brisbane CBD | Full-Time Contract | Hybrid Working Available Ready to take your Emergency Nursing career in a new direction? At Allianz Partners, you'll join our global Medical Assistance team, helping travellers access medical care and support when they need it most. Working in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment, you'll use your clinical judgement, critical thinking, and communication skills to make a real difference to people around the world. Following your onboarding and training period, you'll have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model with up to 3 days per week from home. About the Role As a Registered Nurse within our Medical Assistance team, you'll provide clinical support and case management for customers experiencing illness or injury while travelling. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing professional telephonic health advice and support • Assessing and managing complex medical cases • Reviewing medical information and treatment plans • Liaising with hospitals, treating practitioners, and healthcare providers globally • Supporting customer outcomes through effective coordination of care • Providing clinical guidance to non-medical colleagues when required • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice service delivery This role offers a unique opportunity to utilise your Emergency Department experience in a corporate healthcare setting while remaining clinically engaged. What We're Looking For We're seeking nurses who combine strong clinical capability with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You'll bring:
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse • Minimum 2 years' Emergency Department experience (preferred) • Advanced life support qualifications such as ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, APLS or equivalent • Sound clinical assessment and decision-making skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities • A professional and empathetic telephone manner • Confidence working within digital systems and technology-enabled workflows • Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends • Flexibility to work within a hybrid working arrangement following training Why Allianz Partners?
