Help Create Memorable Celebrations and Special Events!
Do you enjoy working with people, staying active, and being part of exciting events? Haverford Township Parks & Recreation is looking for energetic, dependable individuals to join our team as Part-Time Event Services Attendants at the CREC.
From birthday parties, bridal/baby showers, and many other celebrations and special events, you'll play a key role in helping create memorable experiences for our patrons and guests.
Whether you're a college student, retiree, someone seeking supplemental income, or simply looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
• Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, and equipment
• Assist rental customers before, during, and after events
• Monitor activities and help ensure a safe, enjoyable environment
• Enforce facility policies and rental guidelines
• Operate and troubleshoot basic audio/visual equipment
• Maintain clean, organized event spaces
• Help guests navigate the facility and answer questions
• Support Parks & Recreation staff with other assigned duties
What We're Looking For

✅ Reliable and able to work independently
✅ Comfortable interacting with the public
✅ Able to lift and move up to 30 pounds
✅ Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✅ High School Diploma or GED
✅ Valid Driver's License

Schedule
• Approximately 10-15 hours per week
