Customer Support Agent – French speaking – Larvik

As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our Nordic customers, ensuring they get the full value of our solutions. From technical challenges to taxation questions, you’ll keep customers supported, satisfied, and engaged—always going the extra mile.

What we’re looking for:

Fluent in French (required) Knowledge of Dutch (a big plus) What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling incoming inquiries each day via phone, chat, and email Solving a wide range of cases across technical issues, taxation, privacy rules, and system functionality Troubleshooting independently and escalating when needed Providing high-level service that makes customers stay and succeed Helping customers get started with ABAX solutions and guiding them toward long-term value Recording customer interactions and accurately maintaining our internal systems Identifying and passing along leads based on customer needs and potential value What Makes You a Great Fit:
