As a High School English Language Arts Teacher in our district, you will work side by side with your Principal and Literacy Team who will help move you and our Language Arts program forward. Minimum Job Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Education with ELA Major, or beyond State of Michigan Teaching Certification, grades 6-12 or 5-9 English Language Arts (BA or BQ) Organizational Skills Successful Classroom teaching experience Salary Data: per EFE Contract. EFE contract is a 15 step schedule. Bachelor's lane: $50,831 - $82,897. Master's lane: $55,105 - $87,756, plus $3,000 additional on each step for MA+30 or beyond.
