Marketing Associate – Liberty Education Foundation
LPS Registered Apprenticeship Program School Year: Average 19 Hours per Week | Summer: 40 Hours per Week Rate of Pay: $15 per hour The Position The Marketing Associate supports the Liberty Education Foundation with marketing, communications, fundraising, and event initiatives. This position provides a student apprentice with hands-on experience creating and managing digital content, assisting with campaigns and events, and collaborating with Liberty Public Schools staff and community partners to strengthen engagement and advance the Foundation's mission. What You'll Do
• Assist with marketing and communication efforts across social media, email, web, and other digital channels.
• Create engaging content, including social media posts, digital communications,graphics, photography, promotional materials, and website content.
• Assist with planning and executing Foundation events, including registration, scheduling, vendor coordination, logistics, setup, breakdown, and on-site Support.
• Support marketing and fundraising campaigns, Foundation programs, events, and community engagement efforts.
• Assist with securing and coordinating donated goods, services, sponsorship-related materials, and other resources.
• Work with Foundation staff, vendors, donors, community partners, and other Stakeholders.
• Help maintain marketing materials, promotional items, event supplies, equipment, and other Foundation resources.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service to employees, donors, community members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Research emerging marketing practices, communication trends, digital platforms, and technologies.
• Track website, social media, campaign, event, and audience engagement data and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather participant and stakeholder feedback to help strengthen Foundation programs, events, communications, and engagement efforts.
Registered Apprenticeship Program Requirements This position is part of the LPS Registered Apprenticeship Program. Applicants must meet ALL of the following requirements:
• Be an LPS High School junior or senior.
• Be 16 years of age or older.
• Be on track to graduate from high school.
• Have an attendance record of 90% or higher.
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
• Have completed at least three semesters of Career & Technical Education (CTE) coursework aligned to the apprenticeship placement with a grade of B or higher.
• Have positive recommendations of work readiness from two teachers, including one from the CTE teacher for the apprenticeship industry.
• Successfully complete the required Criminal Justice Fingerprint/BackgroundClearance.

Candidates should be familiar with common technology, social media platforms, and digital communication tools and beinterested in learning emerging marketing practices and technologies.
