Job summary
Join our friendly team based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) in King's Lynn and enjoy the variety of work that comes from being part of our complex Audiology service. The wider NNUH & QEH team is made up of admin and clerical staff, senior assistant audiologists, associate audiologists, audiologists, Clinical Scientists, hearing therapists and a newborn hearing screening team.
The department offers a complex adult rehabilitative service, tinnitus and hearing therapy services and paediatric assessment and (re)hab service (0-18 years). Domiciliary work is also undertaken.
Our department places an emphasis on quality and raising standards in audiology, with our admin and clerical function being an essential part of this process.

Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will be somebody who is conscientious and motivated to deliver a professional admin and clerical service to our patients.
The main responsibilities include:
1. Reception
2. Booking appointments
3. Supporting the admin lead with additional admin tasks as required
