Minimum Qualifications: I have the ability to perform common duties which include assigning and explaining work assignments to subordinates; setting deadlines for meeting mission requirements and monitoring cost estimates of materials needed. I can explain work operations and management programs to subordinates. I work under normal supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed.- Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. Major DutiesServe as the supervisor over the Abrasive Blast Section.Ability to plan overall use of resources in order to meet deadlines.Evaluate work operations needed to achieve balanced workloads.Determine training needs for setting performance standards.
