QualificationsYour resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Analyzing and evaluating quantitative and qualitative data to support strategic decision-making for IT programs; 2. Establishing and monitoring performance measurements to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of IT programs and projects; 3. Managing costs, schedules, and resources for IT projects to ensure successful program outcomes; and 4. Leading IT project teams in a collaborative, customer-focused manner to manage hardware, software, systems, and services. Major DutiesYou will lead programs for Information Technology (IT), manage costs, schedules, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.You will analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support strategic decision-making and developing plans to align IT/OT/CS missions.You will lead IT projects team and oversee the development and management of enterprise-wide IT/OT/CS policies, standards and procedures.You will establish performance measurements to evaluate program efficiency and effectiveness.You will develop plans of action and milestones, conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, and implement policies to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.You will provide guidance on IT/OT/CS infrastructure and integration to leadership.
