Your mission As the Office Manager in Amsterdam, you are the ultimate spider in the web, keeping the office running smoothly so the team can perform at their best. You will create a welcoming working environment by managing office supplies, ordering groceries, and enhancing the workspace. Alongside everyday operations, like greeting guests and processing emails, you will oversee key HR and administrative duties, including drafting payroll files and communicating with the IND and UWV. You will also arrange business travel and hotels, organise events and trade fair visits, and collaborate closely with suppliers and international colleagues in Kuala Lumpur, Dubai and Hanoi.
