In this full-time role, you are the point of contact and, together with your colleagues, ensure a smoothly running construction shop. You motivate the team, monitor the inventory, and think about how to keep the store attractive to customers. You have a lot of freedom to share and implement your ideas. On an average workday, you start with a team meeting. Then you distribute the tasks and lead the colleagues on the floor. You assist customers at the counter, ensure the shelves are tidy, and keep track of the inventory. You have contact with construction professionals, from freelancers to contractors.
