For a high-end precision company in Sittard, 100% Vakwerk is looking for a CNC Turner who loves technical challenges. This is what you get in return You will work in one of the cleanest and most modern workshops in Limburg. The temperature there is always constant, as is the quality. - Good salary: Count on a salary between €3,200 and €4,500 gross per month (depending on your experience and level). - Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometre. - Craftsmanship: You get the time to make something really good. Quality always comes before speed here. - Direct contract: If you click well, the intention is to give you a permanent contract soon. What will you do? Forget mass production. In Sittard, you make complex parts for the chip industry (ASML), aviation and medical devices. These are often prototypes, "specials" or very small series (1 to 50 pieces). Your day consists of: - Programming: You often write your programmes yourself at the machine or via CAM (e.g. Hypermill or similar). You work with controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain. - Machining to the micron: You will work with exotic materials such as Titanium, Inconel, stainless steel and Aluminium. You will turn to an accuracy of 0.001 mm. - High-end machinery: You stand behind modern lathes (often with driven tools or sub-spindle). You get the most out of the machine. - Measuring: You are personally responsible for the initial product inspection.
