As a Service Delivery Employee in Venlo, you work 40 hours per week in the logistics sector. You are the link between customers, carriers, and your colleagues. You make sure everything runs smoothly and the customer is satisfied. You get a lot of responsibility and plenty of room to develop yourself. On a regular workday, you manage the planning of incoming and outgoing goods. You solve delivery issues, handle administration, and keep in touch with international customers. You spot problems and actively think about improvements. Creating reports is also part of your job, as well as checking customs documents.
