In this role, you will manage a dedicated team on the Holtum site, ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently. Wie zoeken we? We are looking for a natural people manager with strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset. You remain calm under pressure and know how to inspire your team to perform at their best. You also have: - At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Lead Operator; - Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); - A proactive, hands-on attitude and commitment to safety.
