Key Responsibilities: • Managing and improving EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and e-commerce solutions. • Supporting digital integrations between customers, suppliers, and internal systems. • Driving process optimization and automation initiatives. • Providing support to users of e-business applications and digital tools. • Coordinating new customer and supplier digital connections. • Supporting system upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvements. • Ensuring high standards of data quality, process compliance, and system reliability. • Participating in local and international digital projects, including e-invoicing and order management initiatives. • Collaborating closely with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, IT, and external business partners. • Helping shape and drive the digital agenda for Western Europe.
