Amstelveen Senior 40 uur per week Startdatum op 1 oktober Interim opdracht PMO Officer For our client, we are looking for an experienced PMO Officer to support the governance, planning and execution of projects and programs. You will support Project and Program Managers by ensuring accurate reporting, financial tracking, risk and issue management, and adherence to project delivery standards. Key Responsibilities - Support project and program governance, including meeting coordination, status reporting and action tracking. - Maintain project plans, RAID logs, dashboards and project documentation. - Monitor budgets, forecasts, financial performance and resource utilization. - Prepare management reports and presentations on project progress, milestones and key metrics. - Track deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to support timely delivery. - Support compliance with internal policies, audit and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate stakeholder communication and support steering committee meetings. - Contribute to PMO process improvements and best practices. Required Skills & Experience - 3-5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project management or a similar role. - Experience supporting multiple projects or programs in a structured environment. - Strong skills in planning, progress tracking, reporting and dashboarding . - Experience with budget, financial and resource management . - Knowledge of risk, issue and dependency management . - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Highly organized, accurate and detail-oriented. - Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure Boards, ServiceNow and Power BI . - Familiarity with Agile methodologies . - Experience within banking, financial services, technology, cybersecurity or regulatory change is a plus.
